So, I have been lifting 6 days a week for the past year or so, core and cardio on Sundays. I want to give myself a year and then try competing in Physique class. Working with a nutritionist on BF (at about 14% currently?). Constructive criticism please.
I recommend looking at some of the pictures of Physique competitors in the Masters division. You can do almost anything you put your mind to, but, it’s going to take much longer than a year.
You may want to get a second opinion on your body fat percentage.

Eat intentionally, train hard and you will hit your goals. I can’t say that a year is enough time for sure. Really, it’s up to you committing. The_Myth gave solid advice with checking to see what other Masters division competitors look like.
