Im with you on this, I might post some pics of what I was back in 03 for a gauge of what I was or can be, as I am currently “under construction” after a conserable injury ridden layoff. Ive only been back for about a month now.

I love when people try to use this excuse…like we wanted to be short just so we can have a mechanical advantage for lifting weights.
It’s good to see us come out of the woodwork. It’s nice to relate to others that are similar in size.
For me, I’m 5’4" and I’m dieting hard to get under 165 (came down from 186). Once I get down to a minimal bodyfat (single digit BF), then I’m going to start a mass building phase. My ultimate goal is to finally get to a point where I’ll be able to compete.
