This thing stopped working for a while. I’ll tell you what I have been up to. I finally got that dexa scan. I am very happy I did it. I found out that I was 35% fat. This was a little shocking, and means that I am in the obese range. I decided that it was foolish to try and maintain numbers that I can get back to in 6 or 8 weeks, and that I should just focus on fat loss. With that in mind I re-read some articles and books on dieting and fatloss, in order to come up with a plan.

For the moment I have dropped the 531. I am on a low carb diet with two cheat a week (I don’t know that everyone’s physiological reasons for the cheat meal make sence, but from a motivation standpoint, ther great. Also, if timed right, they can keep me from looking wierd in public.) I am still walking every day. Other than that I’m swinging the kettle bell alot. Thus, far I have lost 15lb.
