531 Beginner's Full Body Routine

I have been recommended the 531 beginners full body routine to get myself back into a somewhat respectable shape and having looked at the program online (will be buying the 2nd edition this week, I have the 1st edition and beyond) I have a few questions.

With the way the program is laid out below

Squat – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ First Set Last ( or FSL)
Bench – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ FSL
Assistance work

Deadlift – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ FSL
Press – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ FSL
Assistance work

Bench – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ FSL
Squat – 5/3/1 sets/reps, 5x5 @ FSL
Assistance work

Should this be performed as ABA BAB on alternating weeks or should it be performed as laid out every week?

Should the friday workout be the same as the monday workout or do the percentages change?

Do you perform the deload week after the third week of the cycle or just move straight into the next cycle?

Have a couple of questions! The FSL 5x5, is this intended for the 4th week, on the SAME DAY straight after the 5/3/1 reps?
