5'11", 182. What to Work On?

I’m honored that you’re directing your question towards me, but my answer is “Sure why not?”

Try it for 6-8 weeks and see how you like it. I can’t guarantee that you won’t tack on fat, but if you do tack on a negligible amount of fat, but your lifts go up, your muscles grow, and you feel good, you still win.

It’s my personal approach, but I don’t do any cardio. And it shows - I’m also not as lean as you are. If I did cardio, I’d prefer the sprints over the long walks. I would also prefer to spend more time lifting than doing cardio.

If your refeed is critical in keeping you on track, I wouldn’t drop it.

Does your gym have a sauna? 20 minutes in the sauna can have significant affects on cardiovascular system.

No sauna. Kinda a bummer, I know.

Why do you have so much cardio/running in your program? If you are an athlete or if being good at running is your main goal, that’s fine. But if you want to look your best, you are gonna have to replace those cardio with weight training.
