my friend has my nolvadex, i just have to pick it up. also i have begun ws4sb and it is surprisingly different. i expect it to be good for progress. i did max effort upperbody yesterday and almost threw up. today i did dynamic lwerbody. light squats low, light leg stuff, and jumps… i am going to skyrocket with this program…

in order to get bigger put the most stress on the muscles possible. for example If u squat,dead,bench 225 for ten times (imaginary number) next week up it
a few more pounds. Each week or so often try to up the weight on your lifts and with time youll get “bigger”. Also in the early stage dont concentrate too much on a specific body part like the arms. Put on 20 lbs and everything will get bigger. Train like a beast. Eat like a beast. And let time do the rest.
