By the way, he’s not at Tier 1 Orthopedic and Neurosurgical. He’s at Tier 1 Health and Wellness. Two completely different clinics

I sent a message through their page. I know they have to receive thousands of inquiries but is there a better way to contact them or is submitting it through their site the best?
Did you just send the message now? They usually reply pretty quick so don’t worry about it. Reply here if you don’t get a reply back within 24 hours.
I sent a message via their on site form last Wednesday. I just assumed they receive a ton of submissions and it would take time for them to get back to me.
