Im a huge fan of 50 % sets, but because of time constraint, I decited to try a 50 % superset last night. I did DB Incline Press superseted with Cable Incline Press (like you showed on your IG) and it felt pretty good. Have you tried this and gotten good results with it? I obviously got fewer reps on the second set, but i really liked it.
Seems like a very time effective way of getting a lot of stimulous in.
