I just finished a 2 week mag 10 cycle, using GSP regular guy training, for the 2 “off” weeks i was going to use 5 x 5. First of all anyone had experiances good or bad with this aproach? second can someone explain these exercises. “Sumo Deadlift w/ scapular adduction at the top of the movement” and “Seated Half Press in a Power Rack”

Sumo Deadlift is a widestance deadlift. The scapular adduction part is simply pulling the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement for mid-trap emphasis.
