5 x 5 Routine

I want to switch to a 5 x 5 / strength gaining routine this monday coming up and I was just wondering what type of splits people on the forum have had success with?

3,4, and 5 day seem to all have their benefits, and depending upon the amount of time you have to spend in a given workout, all work. Of course, the former workout would be a longer, while the latter would be longer; the 4 day is somewhere in the middle.
