18 years old (just had my birthday actually)
5’ 10"
170 pounds

5 months ago I was 128 pounds and pathetically weak. I recently tested my max dumbbell bench press and it’s 175 pounds.

I won’t have access to a barbell until college, which makes my lower body days a little harder, but I’m making progress with lunges, squats with dumbbells in various positions, and one-legged squats with a dumbbell in the opposite hand.

Good progress, still a long way to go.

Nice wheels, and certainly packed on the lbs fast. You must be doin something right.

Congrats on your progress. Your quads look great. Uni-lateral work is fine for now as it will help iron out any imbalances.

BTW, 175lb dumbbell bench? You have 87.5lb bells??? If that’s not a typo you’ve got a strong DB bench for your size!

Yes, I can adjust my dumbbells in 2.5 pound increments. Also, I’m definitely fast twitch dominant so that helps with my max lifts. I’ll post an update when I have something to show for it.
