5 Finger Death Punch!

#1

I have loved 5 Finger Death Punch since they first came out in 07/08, i finally saw them live for the first time this past weekend and they were unbelievable!! I wanted to start this thread to get more people to like these guys, they are fuckin sick, absolutely a "T-Band"! These guys should be playing at bigger venues, like Madison Square Garden and the Prudential Center!

Im from NewJersey so those two places come to mind pretty quickly....But anyone who does not like this band really needs to pick up their cds and you wont be disappointed....War Is The Answer is probably one of the sickest songs ever created, if that song doesnt get your blood pumping then there has to be something wrong with you!! anyway, if anyone has anything good or bad (which is blasphemy!!) about this band post it...i just really wanna see this band get even bigger and more popular...they are a sick gym band!

thumbs up to f.f.d.p. Good band, great lifting music. I’m a lone-powerlifter and they are definitely in my playlist to help drown out the crap at my school’s gym

Totally agree. I bought both albums last year. Way of the Fist got played straight through for a couple of months while I was working out in my garage. Easily one of the best purchases I made last year.

Haven’t listened too many of their songs. However I list to the bleeding nearly everytime I workout. Epic as hell.

Dude, both cds kick so much ass its rediculous…and its good to see a band thats actually Pro-War, or should i say supports our troops and stuff, instead of these fuckin piece of shit bands like Green Day and stuff…i would love to put 5FDP in a ring with those little shits and see what happens…and if you only have a couple of their songs, just go out and buy both cds or get them off itunes or something, they are just too great not too have…

Yes, like very much, own both cds

Could you be any more of a fanboi? Srsly just because they have good music doesn’t mean you need to worship the shits they take.

#9

Loved them since day one. Brutal, talented band for sure.

I hope you aren’t confusing political disagreement with the former Commander in Chief and his motives with not having all the respect in the world for the troops. Because that would be retarded.

FFDP is pretty brutal though.

Woah wait, let me make sure I got this.

Man creates thread “I like 5fdp” = He worships shit…?

Did I get the equation wrong? Something seems off…

Someone tell Print about this.

So from his posts all you got was that he “liked” them? To me he sounds like a promoter for the band or someone with financial interest in the success of the band based on how hard he’s pushing them.

JLu, you are reading into this too much. So what, some kid likes a band and wanted to share. This is a public forum, the best place to do such. Don’t think too much into it, it’s a waste of your time.

Back on topic: I too like them a lot. Great motivational stuff to crank out some good lifting to.

of course, there will always be nay-sayers when you involve the internet.

+1 FFDP!

#16

haha Jlu, you are a jackass…im nothing more than a fan dude…and no im not making this any sort of a political thing AT ALL! I just like the point that they do support our troops…they had the POW MIA flag on their stage, and an American flag right next to it…they dedicated a song to all the Armed Forces that are protecting our country and i just thought that was sick…

as for the “fanboy” comment, i just think their music is absolutely brutal and sick…its the perfect lifting music, and i know there are always threads and shit out there asking for good lifting music, so here is a perfect answer to one of those threads as well…people always have to be such pieces of shit sometimes, i really dont understand…everyone always has to take shit out of context, just read the damn thread, its nothing more than people liking a band…

Both of their cd’s are great. “No one gets left behind” is an awesome song.

Only started listening to them about ago, but they’re now easily one of my favorite bands. I get pumped up anytime I listen to My Own Hell or White Knuckles.

#19

Weirdly, my GF got me into them a couple of weeks ago. I never realised decent metal was still around without some bitchy whiny screaming all over the top.

Great band.

White Knuckles is a sick song, as well as Place To Die… their songs are meaningful too, not just some bullshit stuff, all their songs most people can relate too or have gone through something similar ya know…well im happy about this thread, good to see people out there like to rock the fuck out to some good heavy metal!
