5 Day Schedule Question

Just to chime in two more cents, Its_just_me pretty much killed it spot-on with his earlier post. Pinta, you’d do well to get on the routine he listed instead of your current one.

I’m not generally one to dismiss live in-person advice for Internet advice, but the program you listed seems to be cookie-cutter gym trainer stuff with high reps, way too little leg work (more arm work than legs!), weird supersets (some of the back-to-back exercises), and too much time watching the clock/timing rest between sets and leaving time for abs and cardio after every session.

Buckle down, keep your form solid and don’t be afraid of going a bit heavy, and you should get back on track.

Thx guy’s ill start with that routine

Also, Form is everything! Make sure you’re hitting depth on squat, make sure when you’re benching that bar touches your chest.

If I were you I would just get on a proven program. Read up on the following:

5/3/1
WS4SB
Juggernaught method
starting strength
5x5
texas method
and read the “do this routine instead of that dumb one” thread in the bodybuilding thread[/quote]

x2 these all give great results
