5 Day Powerlifting Program?

I am looking for program to lift 5 days a week and get stronger. I have goals to squat 500,Deadlift 500 and bench 315 by the end of the year. Right now my PRs are bench 305,Squat 455, and Deadlift 455.

Chad Wesley Smith’s championship program is pretty neat.

Jonnie Candito has a 5-day powerlifting program with 6-week cycles that doesn’t have much useless crap to fill it and focuses mostly on the powerlifts themselves or very close variations. You could run it fully 3 times before the end of the year.

(Start light and sprinkle in some occasional rear delt/upper back work)

Google ph3 spreadsheet. There’s one on Reddit I like. 3 training blocks that adjust maxes off AMRAP sets. Good gains lots of volume
