5-8 meals effect on testosterone

I’ve just read an article " Studies that changed the world" by TC Luoma in last week’s T-mag. I was concerned about the research finding that certain meals tended to induce a decrease in testosterone levels 2 hours after consumption. If most meals tend to decrease testosterone levels, wouldn’t that be an argument against the idea of eating 5-8 times a day. I know of the benefits of frequent eating on insulin and glucose levels as well as on fat enzymes, but would this effect be enough to counteract the possible effect on testosterone. It would make sense to me, based on the research, that people with low testosterone levels sound eat 2-3 times a day instead of 5-8. I would like to get people’s opinions and ideas on this.
