Just a short question.
I’m looking for an article, I am pretty sure I read on T-Nation about 1-2 years ago(the article itself, might be older). It was a short challenge to eat only salad I beleive 5-6 meals a day, with one or two of those meals including some lean meats, and the benefits of doing this for a few days, 5-7 if I remember correctly.
I can’t seem to find that article anymore, I’ve looked through the articles section, but without luck. Can anybody help me with the title, author, or maybe even the link to the article?
