01-25-14 started 531 and it is great did the 1st day press. 65%=110x5, 75%=130x5, 85%=145x5. Was pumped for about 2 hrs after the workout.
Did the first week of 531, but missed doing max reps for mil press and deadlift so I am going to start all over and get it right. I tell you that this workout is going to do a lot for getting me back on track and strong and athletic as hell.
