1 shake - 170 cals, 30 protein, 7 carbs, 3 fat (whey)

1 shake - 125 cals, 21 protein, 4 carbs, 2 fat (mixed milk and whey protein)

2 chicken brewast with fat free cream cheese, shredded cheese rolled into it with 2 piece of bacon wrapped around breast to keep closed.

Shouldn’t you be consuming more carbs on your work-out day???
