i posted a long time ago but here is just a quick update if anyone is interested

start - military press 8x95
- deadlift 11x235
- bench press 12x155
- front squat 7x150
bodyweight around 225

7 cycles later (just over 6 months)
- military press 10x115
- deadlift 10x300, 5x320
- bench press 7x180
- front squat 6x185
bodyweight around 198
