Monday

Squats - 5/3/1 pyramid

Benches - 5/3/1 pyramid

Pendlay Rows - 5/3/1 pyramid

Wednesday

Power Cleans - 5/3/1 pyramid percentages, 3 reps per set

Dips - 5x10

Chin-ups - 5x10

Friday

Deadlifts - 5/3/1 pyramid

Presses - 5/3/1 pyramid

Dumbbell Rows - 5x10
