I am trying to decide between these two routines but I can't come to any conclusions. The triumverate looks a little more fun than the boring but big, but will the BBB give me better gains?
That is all you need. Do the triumverate.
I did BBB for the SQ and DL because BBB SQ helps me get out of the hole and BBB DL w/o a belt and double overhand grip helps improve my grip and lower back strength. I wrote this already on another thread. I've never tried the triumverate. I don't have a leg press or leg curl machine in my apartment.
The only way to find out is experimentation.
Failing that, flip a coin.
