5/3/1 Results!

Hi, Jim, I’ve used 531 system for a month and the last week I lifted 50X6 rep in military press and this week 50X9 rep, it’s an incredible change! How much could I improve until February? At this point, I would like to gain muscular mass for the summer.

Why don’t you just keep pushing 5/3/1 and find out when February rolls around?

Not bad for one month. Imagine where you’ll be in 6 months… 1 year… 10 years…

Stick to the program and eat in a manner that supports your goals. Keep it up!
