I'm looking to bring up my grip, triceps, and upper back strength, so I'm modeling my assistance work after this. I'm basically looking for suggestions or criticisms on how to tweak it. My current routine looks like this:
Goodmorning (/some other hamstring/lower back movement)
Close-grip bench press
DB row (3x10 and then one all-out set)
Face pull with 3 second holds
Bradford press (or BBB military press)
I was considering dropping the BBB deadlifts for rack pulls with static holds at the top for 2 or 3 seconds.
