Had great success with the Original 5/3/1 simplest strength, and recently decided to try something a bit different to change it up.
I read through 5/3/1 for powerlifting and looking at running the Offseason for Strength template using 3/5/1. My question is in the book it doesn’t mention doing a AMRAP down set, or even +sets on the final set. Should I stick to the template as is, or could I add these in?
