5/3/1 - More Squatting


Just wanted to say that I have been using the 5/3/1 “more squatting” training template from your book for about 9 months now. I have found that the higher frequency must fit my body-type better because I have seen better gains than any other template I have used in the past. Furthermore, I love the training - squat, push, pull 5 days per week is fun and SIMPLE (not easy, but simple). THANK YOU for all you do!
