Took a week off while in a spring break volunteer trip

decided to give 5/3/1 a go for a while, seems like a great program

Bb was taken and didnâ??t have much time so just did a quick shoulder circuit

first time doing these, abs gave out before hamstrings, feels much like an RDL but with more back focus
