5/3/1 Front Squats

I am actually doing this right now. I’m on my third cycle and it’s been great. Personally, I like front squats better because I feel my hips get more work and I am able to get more depth while keeping a neutral back. JW says this is substitution is OK on his book (both editions).

nice, I started doing this because it’s easier on the knees. I think sticking with it for a year or so will be key
