So I just got 5/3/1 Forever and am very excited about running with the Leader/Anchor set-ups. I’m planning on starting up 5s Pro with SSL supplement next week and had a question. In the book the template states “5/3/1, 5s Pro, SSL” after each main lift. I just wanted to make sure that I’m not supposed to do the 5/3/1 rep scheme and follow that up with 5s Pro then SSL correct? My understanding is that its 5s Pro at 5/3/1 percentages and then SSL. Is that right?
