I am looking for some conditioning and tempo ideas for these frigid winter months in Colorado. I can hit the field or track when the weather permits, but most mornings I train it's in the teens from November until March. I really hate treadmill sprints, but that's all I can think of.
You could run stairwells (find a long one and run it from bottom to top). It's not as good as running stadiums but you still get benefit out of it.
