5/3/1 3x a Week Advice

fighting through some injuries over the past year and have found a good level of health removing deadlifts and bench from my routine. I’ve followed 531 principles for awhile I like to train 3x a week, and weight vest walk the other 3-4days.

Right now I have 2 days locked in that I love, been searching for a 3rd day to round it off. (maybe round back in Bench and Dead on day 3 for 5/3/1 or 5x5 @ 75%? Welcome to any suggestions even on current days I have.

Day 1
Squat 5/3/1
3x20 back ext
100 Rows
100 pushups
100 tris
Loaded Carries

Day 2
Press 5/3/1
50 chins
3 sets KB press work/High rep pulldowns
100 bis
100 walking lunges (1 continuous set)
Loaded Carries

Why not do a second squat and press workout? You could even do a variation of some sort?
