getting ready to kick of the 5/3/1 3 month challenge for the second time but I was thinking i use 5s progression for main lifts when I run it this time around.
Is 5s progression advisable for main lift?

Fine for first month, play it by ear 2nd, def dont do for third just get minimum reps
