Hi Jim, im currently on your program beyond 5/3/1 1.1 20 weeks program. I am just wondering, after week 5, do i go back to week 1 but with higher training max? (Like the usual 10lbs for lower and 5lbs for presses)

Has anyone here done the 20 week program? If yes did you get , not just strenght gains, but size also?
Size is determined by food. You can do fuck all in the gym and get strong if you’re consistent and train hard. Just eat and stick to the program for 20 weeks and you’ll see the gain from it.
Im loving the program at the moment. Though i have customize the assitance exercise a little bit.
