@TC I am about to start your 5/2 intermittent fasting plan. My dad is a diabetic (type 2) so I have always needed to watch what I eat more then most since I'm built a lot like him.
From your article, I feel like the insulin sensitivity gained from fasting is very beneficial for someone like me. Do you have any good meals that work for the diet? I'm planning on doing two 400 calorie meals each fasting day
