Quick history check: Gone through many different workout plans throughout the years but in the last couple I have been doing Mo-Tue power Wed off Thu, Fri, Sat Hypertrophy and Sun off. Read your article on "the best damn program for natural lifters and gave it a shot for 8 weeks. Loved it. Read the ebook BigBeyondBelief and am on week 3 on that program. Love it. Want to see it through to the end. I want to try the 5/2 diet while still on the BBB program. How would you suggest doing the 5/2 diet for someone who works out 6 days a week?
