This is a video of the last week maxes for my fourth cycle of the 5/3/1 program. My bodyweight is down 27 pounds since the start of the program, which has helped and hurt certain lifts. My speed and explosiveness has definitely improved with my olympic lifts. The deadlift was a great set, weight loss has help my levers. The bench press and axe press were okay. The squat is very disappointing (in fact I was supposed to use 420). The weight loss has definitely negatively affected my strength.
