I strained by tricep tendon a little about 5 years ago, but never really been injured. I unequipped bp 485 last year. I just unequipped 491 about 3 weeks ago.

Barbell bent over rows, pull ups, cable lat pulldown, seated cable row.

What do you do for legs or do you have an injury that prevents you from doing them? Most bench only guys either don’t do them or do one session a week it seems, but I never have seen what those sessions look like.

My legs are 100% fine! I like to do squat, hack squat, reverse hyper and sled dragging. I have one session every week.

Also, I plan to max out in the gym unequipped on Dec 19. Should be a fun day.
