455lb Deadlift After Some Adjustments

I started training at home with a bar that has the knurling a bit further apart than I’m used to. This forced me to move my grip out a bit while keeping my foot positioning fairly close.

Nice! I’m diggin the hook grip.

Way to hold the lockout and not just drop it.
