Already posted in the powerlifting forum, but I don’t mind whoring this lift a little. As always, I’m open to any questions anyone has.
Moral of the story is dialing in my nutrition and training for all aspects of fitness has helped me become a much better powerlifter and bench presser.
Very very impressive. Tell us more about “dialing in nutriton and training for all aspects of fitness”. Sounds like somewhere along the line you focused on becoming more well-rounded and focusing on your weaknesses and this is what took you to the next level.
Also want to mention that though I respect any kind of 450 bench, as a long-limbed person it was awesome to see that you have arms that are normal/long.
What’re you’re other lifts? Also random but just curious, how many pushups can you do?

Impressive lift HT, especially being under 200. I’m sure it’s been asked before in other threads but how has your bench training changed throughout the years and what are you doing now?
