I’ve been suffering low sex drive, low energy, weak erections and loss of morning wood for about 5 yrs. Seen 2 other docs that said my results were within range and wasnt much help, same with this recent one.
TESTOSTERONE, TOT.,S. 561.5 249.0-836.0 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE, FREE, SERUM 10.53 7.20-23.00 pg/mL
LH 7.2 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL
FSH 2.8 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL
PROGESTERONE 0.48 0.20-1.40 ng/mL
PROLACTIN, SERUM 13.7 4.0-15.2 ng/mL
ESTRADIOL 17.01 7.63-42.60 pg/mL
25OH, VITAMIN D 36.4 32.0-100.0 ng/mL
-41 years old
-5’6
-32 waist
-~150 lbs
-asian, never much facial or body hair, though there might been a decrease of lower leg hair over the years
-around waist, muffin top
-no health conditions
-no rx drugs, currently taking vit c and fish oil
The only thing this doc pointed out was that vit d was kinda low.
Any kind of insight to these result would be appreciated.

Not enough info. Need full thyroid panel.
Could be excessive cortisol has bombed out the adrenals/thyroid (pregenenolone steal).
Throwing T into the mix would not be smart.
I asked the doc about a full thyroid panel being done after this post. He said ok in the email. When I ask a week later if the results are back, he sent me the initial results again. I told him I want a full panel done, he then said it was reflexly done if TSH is abnormal.
TSH 1.860 0.270-4.200 uIU/mL
This was in the initial results, I guess I didnt realize this was pertinent info.
