ive also hit 405 using the 5/3/1 method so kudos on your gains!! i’ve been able to only single it out (the 405 dl that is)…dunno what increments should i keep increasing weight by (regarding dl)…5 lbs, 10 lbs, or more…

i do a full routine squat/dl/bench along with some olympic lifting(snatch+c/j) so i was wondering in that area, how much do you guys usually add when you are able to reach a certain PR.
