Does anyone have any good videos they can post of GOOD 40 yard dashes with desirable form? It would also be amazing if these videos werent out of the blocks, i just want to see pure combine style 40’s, but in home video or regular video, that can be posted. Thanks
not any that i can post but you could buy the parisi DVD if you are looking at learning more about it…
they go over the run with proper technique for each 10 yard section and proper start position…
