Has anyone tried to 4 Weeks to Bigger Legs program? Just started it and its a killer. I defiantly have a greater pump.
How did it go for you?
Enjoyed it, but tough. Incorporated alot of moves into the HSS-100 training I am doing now.
Im thinking of doing this routine but I didn’t find any information on how much weight to put on for each exercise or set? can someone clarify.
As of 12/01/23, back on the 4 Weeks to Bigger Legs. Starting light with squats due to older injuries. This a great routine though.
