4 weeks til spring break

So here it is 4 weeks til spring break and time to get serious. My bf is already 10% or lower, so were not talking instant gratification. My question is I am going to follow a Poliquin type diet for about three weeks and then was thinking of going on a ketogenic- high protein and fat and no carbs for the last week. Do you think this is a good idea, or should I just stick with the Poliquin type diet for the whole 4 weeks?

At 10% body fat, 4 weeks certainly is enough time to get good and shredded. My suggestion would be to eat Poli-style for about 1.5 weeks, and then add in an androgen and go more severe for the next 2.5 weeks.

With this method, you should be able to get down to about 7% assuming your training is in order.

For the purposes of leaning out last minute, I would suggest Joel Marion’s cheater’s diet update. The flooding of carbs every so often will keep you from becoming insulin resistant, so that you will not balloon up 4 days into spring break.
