I’ve been running var and clen for 4 weeks now and have started suffering bad leg pumps. Shin, calf, hamstring.
I have a race coming up and I’m trying to determine if anyone has experience with how quickly these side effects go away once you stop taking var.
I have to make the decision to up my taurine and potassium intake and hope it helps or stop taking the var 3 days before and hope the pumps subside until its complete.
Any advice would be great. This is the first time I’m getting pumps like this.
