4 Week Lat Specialisation Routine

#1

Hi Coach,

If it's not too much trouble could you please outline some of the techniques you would use for a 4 week lat blitz?

Thank you

As much as I like to help people out, I can’t design a specific routine everytime someone asks.

I have written a lot of stuff on back training in the past… for example this Growth Factor for Back thread: http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/sports_body_training_performance_bodybuilding_thibaudeau/gtrowth_factor_back_workout

And this back spec program: https://www.t-nation.com/training/hss-100-back-specialization

When I do a blitz program for one specific muscle group or area of the body I like to train it 3 times a week. And each of these 3 workouts would provide a different type of stimulation.

Since the back is a complex “area”, “different stimulation” can either mean hitting different parts of the back on every workout (like HSS-100) or using a different type of stimulus… for example session 1 could be a heavy session, session 2 would be a growth factor workout and session 3 could be supersets of1 heavy and 1 pump exercise.
