How much recovery time would be sufficient coming off a 4 week cycle of oxavar. High intensity/plyometric and heavy weight low rep type work to build speed/power, basically blasting the CNS pretty good in those 4 weeks. Would following up with 2 weeks of med/light weight low intensity be enough to fully recover CNS for 100% in that 3rd week? Also how much can you expect to retain? ~TIA~
nevermind, was looking for a simple answer, but digging deeper into this subject on this site I found much more info to make my training regiment than a single response to a post could provide.
