just a 4 week cut for a music festival. thats why im wearing a rain coat. first 2 photos are from june 1 the next 3 are from june 28 dropped only 6 pounds. final weight was 178 pounds at 5’10. body fat was still high at the end. wanted to compete soon just wondering if how people would think i would do in terms of my body shape. also i dont know why the photos are so big
compete in what? physique? honestly dude, you look pretty small. A standard pose would be more useful than these stupid selfie with the shirt pulled up shots. If you’re actually serious, post more reasonable pictures.
