How important is it to have the 4 week cardio with high calories phase before the diet phase in Berardi’s plan?
My first ? would be why?
Second would be which one of JB’s plan are u refering exactly.
Then, I would suggest that as with any of the programs laid out on this site by numerous trainers each pahse is included for a specific reason. I would suggest running any one of them @ least the first time with NO changes to assess the results. Then make possibly tweeks for it to fit you better if needed.
