4-Way Split w/ RDLs & BB Rows?

Anyone do and get good results from a 4-way split that has both RDLs & Bent-over Barbell rows? Preferably in non-adjacent sessions to spare the lower back.

e.g.:
session 1) …, RDLs, …
session 2) …
session 3) bent-over barbell rows, …
session 4) …
