4 Day Starting Strength Program


I found a 4 day starting strength program and wondering if anyones tried it or its just a fake page or something?



Does not seem quite solid for either discipline. Shot putters need do a a lot of heavy pressing but a lot more dynamic, speed/power oriented pressing (jerks, dynamic benches) and perhaps olympic lifts but it could, at least in theory, work as a beginner powerlifting template although not the bet one.


If you are a beginner I suggest you just do the standard SS and eat enough to recover. It is pretty much bulletproof.


yeah na ive been training for a year and a half been doing 4 days and doing good and saw this so wondering if its legit. Looked at the 3 day but prefer 4
